Group Profile

Founded in 1992, Hanking Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was the first private joint-stock enterprise group in Fushun, Liaoning Province. It has since developed into an international group with five principal businesses: mining, metallurgy, commercial properties, precision bearings and MEMS sensors.

In September 2011, China Hanking Holdings Limited, the Group’s mining enterprise, was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 03788.HK, marking Hanking Group’s formal entry into the international capital market. The Group subsequently acquired a world-class laterite nickel-cobalt project in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, and the Southern Cross gold mine in Western Australia, establishing an initial strategic footprint characterised by diversified mineral resources and international operations.

Introduced from the United States in 2010, Hanking’s MEMS sensor project possesses eight-inch MEMS chip research, design and full-chain volume manufacturing capabilities, placing it at a leading level in China and an advanced level internationally. In 2017, it was approved as a national major integrated-circuit project enterprise, and in 2020 it was named to the EE Times Silicon 100 list of innovative semiconductor companies worldwide. Hanking chips and Hanking precision bearings have also become new highlights in China’s transition from manufacturing to innovation. Construction of Hanking Logistics Park began in 2025. Integrating transportation, warehousing, processing, trading, information and financial services, the park is designed to provide multifunctional, integrated logistics services.

Hanking Group maintains an industrial focus on both mineral resources and high technology, together with a development strategy of seeking resources internationally and introducing advanced technologies. The Group is committed to building its businesses on market demand, social value and national needs; pursuing excellence and industry leadership; fulfilling its social responsibilities; and acting as a responsible corporate citizen.
