Dalian Hanking Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 in Wafangdian, Dalian, Liaoning Province, and is an important supporting enterprise in Hanking Group’s high-end manufacturing business. Its core operations are finished bearing-roller manufacturing and heat treatment of bearing components, complementing and working in coordination with Shenyang Hanking Precision Bearing.
The production base covers approximately 7,000 square metres. Its rolling-element and heat-treatment workshops are responsible respectively for precision machining, inspection and sorting, and specialist heat-treatment work, forming an operating system extending from process development and manufacturing to inspection, validation and quality traceability.

The roller business focuses on cylindrical and tapered rollers for wind power, aviation, high-speed rail, construction machinery, metallurgical rolling mills and shield-tunnelling equipment, supplying critical rolling elements for heavy-duty, highly reliable bearings.
For Grade 1 precision roller manufacturing, the company has established machining processes covering end faces, outside diameters, chamfers, dimples, precision grinding, superfinishing and automatic grouping. Rough machining, finish machining and dedicated inspection areas are configured according to product structures and customer requirements.
The roller workshop is equipped with double-end-face grinding machines, double-disc lapping machines, CNC equipment, superfinishing systems and automatic sorting equipment. Double-end-face grinding improves end-face machining efficiency and batch consistency, while double-disc lapping further improves end-face accuracy and surface quality, supporting bearing load capacity, smooth operation and fatigue life.

Inspection capabilities cover raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products. Water-immersion ultrasonic, eddy-current and magnetic-particle testing and precision measurement equipment can identify internal material defects, surface cracks, grinding burns and dimensional and geometric deviations.
Heat-treatment services include martensitic and bainitic quenching, carburising and salt-bath quenching. Processes are developed for bearing rollers, rings and related components according to material, structure and service conditions, improving hardness, wear resistance, toughness and long-term operating stability.
The controlled-atmosphere rotary-hearth furnace is suited to continuous production and uses temperature, time and atmosphere control to improve microstructural uniformity and reduce decarburisation and deformation. The carburising line provides effective sealing and stable furnace pressure and process parameters to meet surface-strengthening requirements for components.

The multipurpose furnace line can perform bainitic and martensitic salt-bath quenching for bearing rings and can accommodate relatively large components. Furnace test specimens, physical-product inspection and process records are used to monitor temperature, holding and quenching throughout the process, making heat-treatment quality verifiable and traceable.
The physical and chemical laboratory can perform material spectrometry, metallographic examination, hardness testing, carburised-depth measurement, grain-size analysis, carbon determination and cleanliness testing, providing a basis for raw-material evaluation, process confirmation and product release. The company is certified to ISO 9001 and incorporates project-quality management, process changes, after-sales analysis and continuous improvement into routine operations.
Operational management is supported by digital systems for drawings and documents, manufacturing execution, materials and equipment maintenance. These systems bring drawing and process changes, production progress, equipment status and quality information online, strengthening end-to-end coordination from order to delivery.
To serve the bearing requirements of wind power and major equipment, the Dalian roller and heat-treatment base will continue to enhance precision rolling-element manufacturing, specialist heat treatment and non-destructive testing. In coordination with the Group’s bearing research and manufacturing system, it will provide customers with stable, reliable critical components and process services.
